Terms of Use
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
Welcome to the website of the Center for Potential Maximization (“CPM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and its content. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. About This Website
CPM provides coaching, personal development experiences, retreats, workshops, resources, and related offerings.
The information provided on this website is intended to help you learn about CPM, explore our services and resources, and determine whether you would like to engage with us.
Information on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes and should not be treated as individualized professional advice.
2. Coaching Services
Your use of this website does not create a coach-client, therapist-client, healthcare-provider-patient, or other professional relationship with CPM or any CPM practitioner.
A coaching relationship begins only when CPM and a client have mutually agreed to work together and any required booking, consent, agreement, or payment process has been completed.
Coaching services may be subject to additional terms, policies, agreements, or informed-consent documents provided separately.
Please also review our Coaching Disclaimer for important information about the nature and limitations of coaching services.
3. No Medical or Mental Health Advice
The information and resources provided through this website are not intended to constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Nothing on this website should be used to diagnose or treat a physical or mental health condition or as a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified professional.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult an appropriate licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or crisis resource in your location.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Personal development and coaching outcomes vary from person to person.
CPM may provide support, questions, frameworks, resources, perspectives, and opportunities for reflection and action, but we cannot guarantee any particular personal, professional, relationship, financial, health, or other outcome.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
5. Booking, Invoicing and Third-Party Services
This website may allow you to access third-party services for scheduling, forms, email communications, or other functions.
CPM currently uses Calendly to facilitate appointment scheduling. Coaching sessions are invoiced after the session through BILL, CPM’s invoicing and payment platform.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the provider’s own terms, conditions, and privacy practices. CPM does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their independent operation, availability, or practices.
Where CPM provides specific booking, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, retreat, workshop, or program terms, those additional terms will apply to the relevant service.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, downloadable materials, frameworks, and original resources—is owned by or licensed to CPM and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use website content for your personal, non-commercial use.

reproduce or republish substantial portions of the website;
sell or commercially exploit CPM content;
modify or create unauthorized derivative works from CPM materials;
remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
use CPM's name, branding, materials, or intellectual property in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization where none exists.
You may share links to publicly available pages on this website.
